Valencia CF will donate to help the return of sporting and educational activities for children affected by DANA
Youngsters at the VCF Academy will take part in another big international tournament this week, as a team at 'Cadete' level participate in the 2019 LaLiga Hope Cup in Kunming, China.
The competition involves academy teams from LaLiga clubs and teams from the Asian country, and Valencia CF have been drawn in Group C, alongside Beijing Sinobo Guoan FC, Alavés and Changchun Yatai FC.
Other participating sides include FC Barcelona, Atletico Madrid, Sevilla, RCD Espanyol, Guangzhou Evergrande Taobao FC, Hebei China Fortune FC, Beijing Renhe FCand Shanghai Sipg FC.
The first stage runs from Tuesday, August 20th, to Friday, August 23rd. The quarter finals and semifinals will be held on Saturday, and the final on Sunday.
Travelling to China are: Andrés Céspedes, David Vassilev, Cristhian Mosquera, Kike Ribes, Nacho Aleixandre, Hugo Montañana, Jesús Santiago, Mario Ricard, Edu Saturnino, Mario Domínguez, Marcos Martínez, Adrián Morales, Martin Tejón, Tomas Inglés, Fabio Blanco, Álex Varó, Javier Navarro, Ian Martínez, Noel Riera and Ismael Santana.
The VCF staff consists of coach Javi Sanchis, assistant Fernando Martín, fitness coach Rafa Maicas, delegate Víctor Giménez, physio Beatriz Bernabéu como and VCF Academy coordinator Sergio Ventosa.
